Pulsar International Limited announced its standalone unaudited results for the quarter and half-year ended 30th September 2025, approved at a board meeting on 14th November 2025. For Q2 FY26, total revenue from operations stood at around ₹1,485 lakhs, more than double the ₹667 lakhs reported in Q2 FY25. Profit after tax for the quarter rose to ₹58.47 lakhs from roughly ₹33.56 lakhs in the year-ago quarter. For the half-year (H1 FY26), total income rose to ₹2,950 lakhs versus ₹1,800 lakhs in H1 FY25, with PAT at ₹91.97 lakhs against ~₹63 lakhs. The company also reported a positive operating cash flow of ₹90.37 lakhs compared to a marginal outflow last year, and the balance sheet shows total assets of ₹2,915 lakhs with negligible borrowings of ₹10.50 lakhs.
Strong top-line growth of over 120% year-on-year in Q2 and improved profitability suggest improving business momentum, which is positive for shareholders. However, the small absolute size of profits and the limited disclosure keep this firmly in small-cap, low-liquidity territory, so investors should weigh scale and trading volumes carefully.
