The board approved unaudited September quarter results. Consolidated revenue rose 30% to Rs 644.20 crore, but net loss widened to Rs 42.99 crore from Rs 17.06 crore. For the six months, revenue was Rs 1,168.60 crore and net loss Rs 111.54 crore. Operating cash flow stayed positive at Rs 262.88 crore, while finance costs rose 20% to Rs 168.58 crore. The auditor flagged property and tax disputes but found no material misstatement.
Revenue growth failed to offset a much larger loss. Finance costs and legal cases may pressure sentiment, though cash flow remains positive.
