India Radiators Ltd reported audited FY25 results with revenue from operations flat at Rs.632 lakhs, identical to FY24. The company posted a net loss of Rs.84.92 lakhs in FY25, wider than the Rs.55.76 lakhs loss in FY24. Q4 FY25 standalone loss came in at Rs.36.08 lakhs versus Rs.13.53 lakhs in Q4 FY24, showing continued quarterly deterioration. Operating cash flow turned slightly negative at Rs.(0.83) lakhs in FY25, compared with a marginal inflow of Rs.2.73 lakhs last year. The balance sheet is stressed — other equity is negative at Rs.(127.03) lakhs (versus Rs.(42.10) lakhs prior year) and non-current financial liabilities stand at Rs.1,205.10 lakhs, while cash and equivalents are only Rs.2.80 lakhs. Statutory auditor M/s DPY & Associates issued an unmodified opinion on the results.
Widening losses, negative shareholders' equity, and very high financial liabilities against almost no cash signal serious solvency stress; this is a clear red flag for shareholders with no near-term earnings visibility.
