HAS Lifestyle Limited, a fresh juice and eatable company listed on BSE's SME ITP platform, announced its audited financial results for FY25 (year ended March 31, 2025) along with an unmodified auditor's opinion from Sachin Phadke & Associates. Operating revenue rose modestly by about 4.4% to ₹13.29 crore (from ₹12.72 crore in FY24), but other income fell sharply to ₹1.29 crore from ₹2.77 crore, dragging total revenue down roughly 6% to ₹14.57 crore. Profit before tax plunged about 68% to ₹1.06 crore, and profit after tax fell about 69% to ₹85.57 lakh (from ₹2.78 crore), pushing EPS down to ₹1.80 from ₹5.84. On the balance sheet, total equity grew slightly to ₹12.88 crore while current liabilities jumped to ₹11.56 crore from ₹6.84 crore. A positive is that operating cash flow swung to a healthy ₹5.85 crore inflow versus an outflow last year.
Despite small growth in core juice business revenue, profitability collapsed due to much lower other income and rising costs, which is negative for shareholders and likely to weigh on the stock price in the short term. The improved operating cash flow and unmodified audit opinion provide some comfort, but the sharp drop in earnings is the main concern.
