Nagarjuna Agri Tech Ltd filed its audited financial results for FY25 and Q4 FY25. Revenue from operations collapsed to just ₹0.61 lakhs for the full year, down from ₹246.51 lakhs in FY24 — a near-total decline in core business activity. The company reported a profit of about ₹46 lakhs for the year, but this came entirely from exceptional items (₹62.67 lakhs in profit on sale of assets/equity) rather than operations. Other equity remains deeply negative at ₹(262.56) lakhs and cash on hand is almost nil at ₹0.08 lakhs. The auditor flagged an Emphasis of Matter noting the company has sold a major portion of its land and that these conditions create a material uncertainty about its ability to continue as a going concern. SEBI has also approved an open offer for the promoters' stake (October 2024).
Negative for shareholders — the auditor has raised a going-concern uncertainty, core revenues have essentially dried up, accumulated losses have wiped out reserves, and the only positive earnings came from one-time asset sales. Stock price could face pressure given the existential concerns about the business; long-term shareholders should monitor whether the open offer and asset sales lead to any strategic revival or further value erosion.
