Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
PVR INOX Q3 FY26 standalone PAT fell about 67% YoY to Rs 34.5 cr from Rs 103.9 cr. For 9M FY26, the company swung to a loss of Rs 276.9 cr against a profit of Rs 147.7 cr in 9M FY25. An exceptional charge of Rs 42.3 cr was booked for the new Labour Codes. Consolidated Q3 PAT was Rs 35.9 cr versus Rs 105.7 cr YoY. After the quarter, PVR INOX sold its Zea Maize subsidiary for Rs 226.8 cr. Statutory auditor S.R. Batliboi issued an unmodified review report.
Sharp YoY profit fall and 9M loss signal margin pressure. Zea Maize sale adds cash but core cinema business remains weak.
