Pyramid Technoplast's Board, at its May 26, 2025 meeting, recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.50 (5%) per equity share on the Rs. 10 face value, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. The Board also approved audited financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025. FY25 revenue from operations grew about 11% YoY to Rs. 591.34 crore, but net profit fell roughly 9% to Rs. 26.67 crore (from Rs. 29.34 crore), and EPS rose to Rs. 7.38 (from Rs. 5.49), partly aided by a higher share base. Q4 FY25 showed strong revenue growth of about 28% YoY to Rs. 171.22 crore, though Q4 net profit dipped to Rs. 6.61 crore from Rs. 7.29 crore. The Board also appointed M/s. RA Gala & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for a 5-year term (FY26–FY30).
The 5% dividend is modest, and the decline in full-year profit despite healthy revenue growth, along with a sharp rise in long-term borrowings (to Rs. 27.6 crore from Rs. 1.5 crore) and capital work-in-progress, signals an ongoing capacity expansion that may pressure margins in the near term. Shareholders should watch for the record date announcement and AGM approval, but the muted dividend and softer bottom-line may limit near-term share price excitement.
