Q1 FY27 loss of Rs 9.94L, auditor flags NOF shortfall

Silicon Valley Infotech posted a net loss of Rs 9.94 lacs in Q1 FY27 (June 2026) against a profit of Rs 12.64 lacs a year ago, with zero operating revenue. Total expenses stood at Rs 9.94 lacs. The auditor drew attention to Note 8 stating the company has not achieved required NOF; management plans an EGM to raise authorized share capital. A separate NCLT petition for capital reduction is also pending.
