Q1 FY27 results approved; loss of Rs 9.61 lakh, new auditors appointed

Board approved unaudited standalone and consolidated results for quarter ended June 30, 2026. Both reported a loss of Rs 9.61 lakh versus Rs 6.82 lakh loss in Q1 FY26. Revenue from operations is nil, with only Rs 6.79 lakh of other income. Board also appointed Hemraj Chheda & Co as Internal Auditor for FY27 and Sanil Dhayalkar & Co as Secretarial Auditor for five years from FY27 to FY31.
