Q1 FY27 results: flat PAT at 2.32L, revenue up 9% YoY

Board of Mathew Easow Research Securities approved unaudited Q1 FY27 results for quarter ended 30 June 2026. Total income rose to 78.61 lakhs from 71.94 lakhs YoY. Expenses jumped 22% to 75.49 lakhs, mainly due to higher other expenses and finance costs. Profit before tax stayed flat at 3.12 lakhs and PAT held at 2.32 lakhs. EPS stood at 0.03. Auditor GGPS and Associates issued an unmodified limited review report. Board also approved the Directors Report and 32nd AGM notice for 30 September 2026 via video conferencing.
