Q1 FY27 results: net loss widens to Rs 32.89 lakh, no operating revenue

RRP Semiconductor (formerly GD Trading and Agencies) reported Q1 FY27 results with NIL revenue from operations. Total income was Rs 1.75 lakh vs Rs 1 lakh a year ago. Total expenses fell to Rs 12.65 lakh from Rs 29.82 lakh. Net loss widened to Rs 32.89 lakh from Rs 28.83 lakh, including Rs 21.98 lakh prior-year tax. Reserves stay negative at negative Rs 530.45 lakh. AGM set for Sept 25. Auditor issued a clean limited review.
