Q1 FY27 results: nil revenue, going concern uncertainty flagged

GCCL Infrastructure approved Q1 FY27 (June 2026) unaudited results showing nil revenue from operations and nil other income against total expenses of 8.97 lacs. Net loss stood at 1.77 lacs with negative EPS of 0.46. The auditor flagged a material going concern uncertainty due to the ongoing pre-packaged insolvency resolution process; NCLT Ahmedabad approved the Resolution Plan in September 2023 and the company is still completing formalities. The board also appointed N H Shah and Co as internal auditor for FY 2026-27.
