Company reported nil revenue from operations for Q1 FY27 (ended 30 June 2026), with total income of Rs 31.19 lakh coming entirely from other income including investment gains (vs Rs 12.70 lakh in Q1 FY26). PAT stood at Rs 24.17 lakh (vs Rs 28.38 lakh), giving EPS of Rs 0.41 (vs Rs 0.64). Reserves remain negative at minus Rs 27.90 lakh. Board also appointed Mr. Anand Chenji as new CFO and approved re-appointment of MD and three independent directors for 5-year terms.
