Q1 FY27 results: revenue at 9.90 lakhs, net loss persists from discontinued spinning ops

Revenue from operations fell to 9.90 lakhs in Q1 FY27 from 29.85 lakhs a year ago. Continuing operations posted a profit of 3.09 lakhs versus 14.05 lakhs. Overall net loss of 23.70 lakhs (versus 220.92 lakhs) was driven by the discontinued spinning division at 26.79 lakhs. Accumulated losses stand at 3,772.40 lakhs and reserves are negative at 2,184.37 lakhs. Auditor issued a qualified review due to non-provisioning of interest on unpaid TDS dues of 21.16 lakhs.
