Q1 FY27 Results: Revenue drops 57% YoY, swings to loss

Board adopted Q1 FY27 unaudited results for quarter ended June 30, 2026. Revenue from operations fell 56.5% YoY to about 930 lakhs versus about 2,141 lakhs in Q1 FY26. Total income was about 960 lakhs versus about 2,162 lakhs. The company swung to a loss of about 65 lakhs (EPS negative 0.82) versus a profit of about 11 lakhs in Q1 FY26. Auditor Kapoor Tandon and Co issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications.
