Q1 FY27 Results: Revenue up sharply but firm posts loss; office shift to Karnataka

Riga Sugar's Board approved Q1 FY27 results. Revenue from operations stood at Rs 2,935.25 lakhs, up from Rs 632.92 lakhs year on year. Despite the revenue jump, the firm posted a loss of Rs 654.93 lakhs versus profit of Rs 124.98 lakhs a year ago. Also appointed Internal Auditor Mahendra H. and Co for FY27 and Secretarial Auditor for five years, fixed AGM on Sept 15, and approved shifting registered office from West Bengal to Karnataka.
