Q1 FY27 results - zero operating revenue, losses widen to Rs 4.71 lakh

Vardhman Concrete Ltd posted Q1 FY27 (quarter ended June 30, 2026) unaudited results with zero revenue from operations and only Rs 1.09 lakh of other income. Total expenses rose to Rs 6.09 lakh from Rs 3.60 lakh year-ago. Loss after tax widened to Rs 4.71 lakh (EPS negative Rs 0.07) vs Rs 2.33 lakh loss in Q1 FY26. Full year FY26 loss was Rs 11.86 lakh. Auditors gave an unmodified opinion.
