Q1 FY27 results: zero revenue, loss of Rs 10.47 lakh, shares still suspended

Loss after tax stood at Rs 10.47 lakh with negative EPS of Rs 0.06. Reserves are negative at Rs 51.32 lakh. The company is implementing its NCLT-approved resolution plan, but trading remains suspended by BSE pending NCLT clearance to meet 5% public shareholding rules. Auditor flagged emphasis of matter on the pending resolution plan and ongoing arbitration with Ambernath Municipal Corporation.
