Q1 FY27 Results: Zero Revenue, Rs 22 Lakh Loss; Assets Fully Impaired

Jiya Eco-Products approved Q1 FY27 standalone results with zero revenue and a net loss of Rs 22.03 Lakh versus Rs 8.14 Lakh loss in Q1 FY26. Expenses rose to Rs 22.76 Lakh. The board fully impaired subsidiary investments of Rs 283.40 Lakh, land and building of Rs 331.27 Lakh, and capital work in progress of Rs 140.11 Lakh. No consolidated results will be filed from this quarter. The company was acquired via NCLT insolvency resolution in December 2024. Auditor DRBSV gave an unqualified limited review.
