Q1 profit turnaround, new women director, office relocation

Sarda Proteins posted Q1FY27 revenue of Rs 1,299.30 lakhs from operations, up 18.6 percent YoY. Total revenue was Rs 1,847.40 lakhs. PAT surged to Rs 165.97 lakhs versus a loss of Rs 49.34 lakhs a year ago. The board shifted its registered office within Alwar, opened a new corporate office in Rajkot, appointed Ms Minal Surendra Jain as Independent Women Director for five years, and reconstituted key committees.
