Q2 FY26: Rs 3,580 cr PAT on resolution plan gain

Standalone H1 FY26 revenue fell 37% to Rs 3,314 lakhs (vs Rs 5,311 lakhs). PAT turned positive at Rs 3,57,991 lakhs against Rs 44,058 lakhs loss, driven by a one-time exceptional gain of Rs 3,91,813 lakhs from NCLT resolution plan implementation, which extinguished financial and operational creditors. Borrowings plunged from Rs 3,09,424 lakhs to Rs 9,087 lakhs. Auditors V. Singhi added emphasis of matter on resolution plan accounting and pending reconciliations. Operating cash flow was positive at Rs 3,299 lakhs.
