Q2 FY27 standalone loss of Rs 5.88 lakh; operating cash flow negative

For standalone Q2 FY27 ended 30 September 2026, revenue from operations was Rs 4.52 lakh versus nil in Q2 FY26, while profit after tax was a loss of Rs 5.88 lakh versus a loss of Rs 5.94 lakh. Net operating cash outflow for the half-year was Rs 19.36 lakh. The Board approved the reviewed results and a certificate showing Rs 1.41 crore of the Rs 4.25 crore preferential issue had been used.
