On the reaction day the stock moved 2.5 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.7 pts less than its Non Banking Financial Company (NBFC) peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
QGO Finance's board approved allotment of 100 unsecured, unlisted, redeemable NCDs of Rs 1 lakh each, totalling Rs 1 crore (out of a Rs 2 crore issue, Tranche XLIV). The NCDs carry 12% annual interest paid monthly, have a 9 year tenure maturing on 5 July 2035, and were placed privately with eligible investors. The NCDs will not be listed on any stock exchange.
Small private NCD raise; no equity dilution but adds Rs 1 Cr of unsecured debt at a high 12% cost for shareholders.
