The board declared a second interim dividend of Rs. 0.15 per share for FY 2026-27, equal to 1.5% of face value, with November 6, 2026 as the record date. Combined dividends for FY 2026-27 total Rs. 0.30 per share, or 3.0%. Q2 revenue rose to Rs. 595.87 lakh from Rs. 445.39 lakh, while net profit increased to Rs. 120.92 lakh from Rs. 84.20 lakh. The board also approved Rs. 2 crore of nine-year, 12% unsecured non-convertible debentures.
Higher profit and a 3.0% declared dividend for FY 2026-27 may support sentiment, while new unsecured borrowing adds future interest obligations.
