The board declared a second interim dividend of Rs 0.15 per share for FY2026-27, taking total dividends for the year to Rs 0.30 per share. The record date is November 6, 2026. Q2 revenue rose to Rs 595.87 lakh from Rs 445.39 lakh, while net profit increased to Rs 120.92 lakh from Rs 84.20 lakh. The company also plans to raise Rs 2 crore through nine-year unsecured debentures at 12 percent.
Eligible holders will receive Rs 0.15 per share, subject to tax. Stronger profit may support sentiment, but the new borrowing adds repayment obligations.
