On the reaction day the stock moved 0.5 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.5 pts more than its Telecom - Cellular & Fixed line services peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Quadrant Televentures, a broadband and telecom company operating mainly in Punjab, has published Form-G inviting Expression of Interest (EOI) from potential buyers or resolution applicants. The company was admitted into the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) by an NCLT order dated September 2, 2025. Last financial year (FY25) revenue stood at Rs. 273.97 crore, and the company currently has about 965 employees on its rolls plus 232 outsourced staff. The last date for submitting EOIs is December 17, 2025, and the deadline for final resolution plans is February 16, 2026. A Resolution Professional, Atul Kumar Kansal, is managing the process.
The stock remains under insolvency resolution, meaning shareholders face significant uncertainty and potential dilution or loss of value depending on the resolution plan finally approved. Any revival or sale of the company's broadband business could provide a recovery path for shareholders, but until then, the stock carries high risk.
