Qualitek Labs reported strong full-year results with consolidated revenue growing 77% to ₹12,451.81 Lakh (FY26) from ₹7,022.69 Lakh (FY25). Net profit surged approximately 90% to ₹1,460.15 Lakh from ₹768.36 Lakh year-on-year. On a standalone basis, revenue rose 47% to ₹6,762.45 Lakh and PAT grew 51% to ₹796.44 Lakh. The company has been actively expanding through acquisitions — it fully acquired Interstellar Testing Centre (now wholly-owned subsidiary), bought Quality & Testing Infosolution (100% stake), LabOps Global (74% stake), and a food testing laboratory in Mumbai for ₹882 Lakh. Borrowings nearly doubled to ₹9,297.55 Lakh (long-term ₹6,012.15 Lakh, short-term ₹3,285.40 Lakh). The statutory auditor issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results.
The company delivered exceptional revenue and profit growth, boosted by acquisitions and organic expansion. However, the near-doubling of debt raises leverage risk. The clean audit provides confidence in financials, but investors should monitor the rising debt load and working capital requirements.
