Quarter results have no auditor opinion and doubt over continued operations

The board approved in September 2025 unaudited results for the quarter ended June 30, 2024. The auditor could not give an opinion because key records and documents were missing, so the reported figures may be wrong. Other concerns include unpaid statutory dues, suspected past transactions, no significant operations, unmatched balances and asset write-offs. Grow House Agro took over in March 2025, but continuing operations remain uncertain.
