Quarterly deviation report shows no deviation in use of preferential unit proceeds

Maple Infrastructure Trust filed its quarterly statement of deviations or variations for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, as required under SEBI InvIT Regulations. This relates to a preferential unit issuance of about Rs 1,756 crore allotted on November 20, 2025. The trust reports NIL deviations in the use of proceeds versus the objects stated in the postal ballot notice dated October 14, 2025. Category-wise variation between projected and actual utilisation is stated as Not Applicable.
