Quarterly results draw disclaimer of opinion and going-concern warning

For the quarter ended June 30, 2022, revenue was nil, total income Rs 0.95 lakh and net loss Rs 163.12 lakh, or Rs 0.65 per share. The auditor could not verify key records and issued a disclaimer of opinion, citing doubt about the company's ability to continue as a going concern. Operations have been suspended since early 2019. Grow House Agro won the auction in December 2024 and later named a new board.
