LS Industries Ltd reported a loss of Rs 13.31 lakh in Q3 FY26 (Oct–Dec 2025), slightly narrower than the Rs 20.46 lakh loss in the preceding quarter (Q2 FY26), but much worse than the Rs 319.64 lakh profit in the same quarter last year (Q3 FY25). Revenue from operations for Q3 FY26 stood at Rs 113.75 lakh, down from Rs 151.80 lakh a year ago (about 25% drop). For the nine months ended December 2025, the company posted a loss of Rs 56.39 lakh against a much larger loss of Rs 1,970.21 lakh in the same period last year, with revenue falling to Rs 373.10 lakh from Rs 449.75 lakh. The balance sheet shows reserves and surplus deep in the red at negative Rs 4,488.39 lakh, while total equity stands at Rs 3,999.80 lakh. The statutory auditor (Bhakoo & Co.) has issued an unmodified limited review report on the results.
Persistent quarterly losses and deeply negative reserves continue to weaken the company's financial position, which is a negative signal for shareholders despite the smaller loss versus the prior-year nine-month period. The stock is likely to remain under pressure given the declining revenue trend and eroded net worth.
