On the reaction day the stock moved 1.8 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.9 pts less than its Diversified Commercial Services peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Q2 FY26 consolidated revenue rose 3.4% to INR 38,316.08 million and profit rose 2.3% to INR 517.72 million. Standalone profit fell to INR 271.00 million after INR 241.46 million of exceptional costs. The review was qualified over tax disputes; auditors highlighted provident fund litigation. Possible tax demands: INR 2,963.84 million. Consolidated half-year operating cash outflow was INR 294.04 million. Prior numbers were restated after a demerger.
Shareholders may face pressure from the standalone profit fall, audit uncertainty, tax and provident fund cases and negative cash flow, despite gains.
