Quick Heal Q1 FY27: Revenue falls 21% YoY to Rs 45 Cr; loss narrows

Quick Heal reported Q1 FY27 consolidated revenue of Rs 45.0 Cr, down 21.4% YoY from Rs 57.2 Cr. PAT loss narrowed to Rs 5.3 Cr vs Rs 5.5 Cr last year. EBITDA loss was Rs 17.6 Cr, margin at negative 39.1%. Consumer revenue fell 39.3% YoY, enterprise fell 5.5%. A one-time service tax refund of Rs 6.73 Cr lifted other income. New CEO Harish Kumar GS took charge on June 18, 2026. Company won a Defence order to secure 1.5 lakh devices and added BFSI customers. Deferred revenue rose to Rs 52.3 Cr from Rs 33.8 Cr; overdues reduced to Rs 106.6 Cr from Rs 175.9 Cr. Auditor gave unmodified opinion.
Sustained revenue decline and losses remain a concern, but Defence wins, reduced overdues and a new CEO signal turnaround effort under way.
