On the reaction day the stock moved 3.3 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 4.3 pts less than its Media peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Quint Digital has issued the first and final call money notice for its partly paid detachable warrants allotted on a rights basis. Holders must pay Rs 5 per warrant between November 6 and November 20, 2026. The company had issued about 82.61 lakh rights securities (partly paid CCPS plus detachable warrants), with Rs 5 already collected as application money. On full payment, warrants will convert into fully paid equity shares of Rs 10 face value. Trading in the warrants has been suspended from October 16, 2026.
Existing warrant holders must pay Rs 5 per warrant by Nov 20, 2026 to convert into equity shares. Non-payment leads to forfeiture of amounts already paid plus 10 percent annual interest on delays.
