Quint Digital Limited has completed a postal ballot (remote e-voting) process that concluded on March 5, 2026. Two resolutions were put to shareholders: (1) reclassification of the authorised share capital and consequent alteration of the Memorandum of Association (ordinary resolution), and (2) adoption of amended and restated Articles of Association (special resolution). Both resolutions were passed with overwhelming support — 99.99% in favour on each. Of the 4.72 crore total equity shares, 3.28 crore (about 69.4%) were voted. Promoters (holding roughly 2.95 crore shares) voted 100% in favour of both resolutions, while public non-institutional shareholders turned out at about 26.7% of their holding, also overwhelmingly in favour. There were zero votes from public institutions and no invalid votes. The scrutinizer was Mr. Devesh Kumar Vasisht of DPV & Associates LLP.
This is a routine corporate governance filing — the resolutions relate to housekeeping changes to the company's capital structure and constitutional documents, not to fundraising, M&A, or promoter stake changes. No material impact on share price or shareholder value is expected from this postal ballot outcome.
