On the reaction day the stock moved 23.5 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 21.6 pts more than its Media peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Quint Digital has allotted 82,61,401 partly paid-up 10% non-cumulative CCPS at ₹100 each (total about ₹82.6 crore) and 82,61,401 detachable warrants at ₹10 each (about ₹8.26 crore) under its Rights Issue. Half the amount was paid on application; the balance is payable on call. Equity share count stays at 4,72,08,008; total paid-up capital increases after the allotment.
Possible future dilution from CCPS conversion and warrant exercise. The partly paid structure eases upfront cash burden for shareholders.
