R P P Infra Projects Ltd reported FY2026 standalone revenue of Rs 1,478.77 crore, up 3.3% from Rs 1,431.55 crore in FY2025. However, profit before tax dropped sharply to Rs 11.08 crore from Rs 85.97 crore in the prior year, a decline of about 87%. Net profit after tax fell to Rs 7.79 crore from Rs 65.47 crore. EPS declined to Rs 1.57 from Rs 13.20. Finance costs increased significantly from Rs 11.53 crore to Rs 15.70 crore. The auditors from KRSG Associates issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. The company also sought shareholder approval to enhance the limit for material related party transactions with Repplen Projects Private Limited. Internal and cost auditors were re-appointed for FY2026-27.
The company showed modest revenue growth but suffered a dramatic collapse in profitability. Investors should note the significant decline in margins and increased finance costs. The clean audit opinion provides some comfort on financial statement reliability.
