CRISIL Ratings has reaffirmed R.P.P. Infra Projects Limited's credit ratings at 'Crisil BBB+/Stable' for long-term and 'Crisil A2' for short-term, covering total bank loan facilities of Rs.557 crore. The company reported improved Q3 FY26 revenues of Rs.379 crore versus Rs.355 crore in the same period last year, but margins dropped sharply to around 1.5% from 7.5% due to higher establishment costs from increased own execution projects. Despite this quarterly setback, the company maintains a healthy financial risk profile with networth of Rs.520 crore, gearing of 0.1 time, and interest coverage of 5.9 times. The order book stands at over Rs.3,700 crore (as of December 2025), providing revenue visibility for the next 24-36 months.
The reaffirmation indicates stable creditworthiness with no immediate concern for lenders, though the sharp margin compression in Q3 FY26 warrants monitoring. Shareholders should note that while the ratings remain investment-grade, the company faces near-term profitability challenges that it expects to address in upcoming quarters.
