RSD Finance Ltd reported standalone revenue of Rs 527.61 Lakhs for FY26 (down from Rs 875.12 Lakhs in FY25), a 40% decline primarily due to a significant drop in net fair value changes. Standalone PAT fell to Rs 269.46 Lakhs (down 47% from Rs 512.24 Lakhs). On a consolidated basis, revenue dropped to Rs 4,490.56 Lakhs (from Rs 13,500.32 Lakhs), a 67% decline largely attributable to deconsolidation of Sigma HTS LLP (stake reduced from 65% to 19% during Q1). Consolidated PAT was Rs 1,545.85 Lakhs (down 13% from Rs 1,781.47 Lakhs). The auditors issued an unmodified opinion with no going concern issues flagged. The Board also reappointed S.K Naredi & Co. LLP as internal auditor for FY27.
The company experienced significant revenue and profit decline in FY26 due to unfavorable fair value changes and loss of subsidiary contribution. The stock may face pressure given the near-halving of standalone PAT and substantial revenue contraction.
