R.S. Software Q1 loss widens to Rs 7.5 cr, revenue down 24% YoY

R.S. Software reported Q1FY27 standalone revenue of Rs 5.88 cr, down from Rs 7.77 cr YoY, about a 24% decline. Net loss widened sharply to Rs 7.54 cr versus Rs 3.10 cr loss in the year-ago quarter. USA segment revenue crashed to Rs 0.55 cr from Rs 4.35 cr, while Rest of World grew to Rs 5.33 cr from Rs 3.43 cr. Board appointed Deoki Bijay and Co as new internal auditor from Aug 1, 2026 after Chaturvedi and Partners resigned. Auditor gave an unqualified opinion. Other equity fell to Rs 32.27 cr from Rs 39.88 cr sequentially.
