R Systems posted Q3 FY25 consolidated revenue of Rs. 4,986 million, up 12.3% year-on-year. Q3 net profit fell to Rs. 353 million from Rs. 398 million a year ago. For nine months, revenue grew 8.5% to Rs. 14,031 million and net profit rose about 62% to Rs. 1,498 million, helped by a Rs. 436 million one-time gain on Noida property sale. Standalone Q3 revenue grew about 22% to Rs. 2,877 million. Auditor Deloitte gave an unmodified opinion.
Q3 net profit fell year-on-year; nine-month profit jump is mostly a one-time Noida property sale gain, so core growth looks modest.
