Radiant Cash Management Services posted Q1 FY27 standalone revenue of Rs 1,050.77M (up 6.8% YoY) and PAT of Rs 80.41M (down 15.7% YoY). Consolidated revenue was Rs 1,057.46M with PAT of Rs 52.18M. Auditor issued an unmodified opinion. Board also reappointed ASA & Associates LLP as statutory auditors for a second 5-year term till 2031, and approved raising the corporate guarantee limit for subsidiary Aceware to Rs 400M and loans up to Rs 300M, subject to shareholder approval.
PAT decline YoY despite revenue growth is a mild concern. Higher exposure to subsidiary Aceware via Rs 400M guarantee raises contingent liability.
