On the reaction day the stock moved 2.4 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.2 pts less than its Diversified Commercial Services peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Radiant Cash Q1 FY27 standalone PAT fell 16% YoY to Rs 80.41 million on revenue of Rs 1,050.77 million (up 6.8%). Consolidated PAT was Rs 52.18 million. Board approved re-appointment of ASA & Associates LLP as auditors for another 5-year term, and cleared enhanced limits of up to Rs 300 million loans and around Rs 400 million corporate guarantees for subsidiary Aceware Fintech, subject to shareholder approval.
Profit dip is a concern though revenue grew. The guarantee adds contingent liability but supports subsidiary Aceware's growth and borrowing capacity.
