Radico Khaitan reported its best-ever financial year with FY25 turnover of INR 4,851 crores, EBITDA of INR 668 crores, and PAT of INR 341 crores. Q4 FY25 saw a record 28% volume growth (highest in 3 years) with IMFL volume at 9.15 million cases; the Prestige & Above category grew 17% in volume and 22% in value. Gross margin expanded to 43.5% (from 41% YoY) and EBITDA margin improved by ~150 bps. Management highlighted the UK FTA (import duty cut from 150% to 75%) as a major positive, which could save costs on Radico's projected INR 250 crore scotch imports in FY26. Two new luxury brands will launch in Q1 FY26 and a super-premium whisky in H1 FY26. The Andhra Pradesh market share jumped from 10% in H1 to 23% in Q4 following route-to-market changes.
Positive for shareholders: management guided for 15%+ P&A volume growth, ~100 bps EBITDA margin expansion, and a clear path to becoming nearly debt-free by FY27 (35-40% debt reduction targeted in FY26). The UK FTA cost benefit and new luxury launches add further upside potential.
