Radix Industries reported Q1 FY26 revenue from operations of ₹804.33 lakhs, up about 15% from ₹697.72 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Total income rose to ₹817.92 lakhs versus ₹698.05 lakhs YoY. Net profit after tax came in at ₹62.75 lakhs, a rise of roughly 17% from ₹53.44 lakhs in Q1 FY25, with EPS of ₹0.42 (vs ₹0.36). Profit before tax margin held steady at around 10.2%, and no exceptional items were booked. Alongside the results, the board approved the resignation of Company Secretary P. Lenin Babu and the appointment of K.S. Gaurav Tummala in his place, recommended a new secretarial auditor for a five-year term, and cleared the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary in the United States.
Results show steady, moderate growth in both revenue and profit without any negative surprises, but margins remain thin and are essentially flat YoY, so the print is unlikely to be a strong catalyst for the stock. The US subsidiary plan and management changes are worth watching but need further detail before assessing long-term impact.
