Rainbow Children's Medicare reported strong full-year results with standalone revenue of ₹15,456.6 million (up 6.3% YoY) and PAT of ₹2,500.2 million (up 5.2% YoY). On consolidated basis, revenue grew 12.4% to ₹17,030.8 million and PAT rose 15.3% to ₹2,815.4 million, boosted by the acquisition of Prashanthi Hospital (from July 2025) which contributed ₹191.5 million in revenue. The company recognized an exceptional item of ₹15.4 million due to provisioning for new labour codes. S.R. Batliboi & Associates issued an unmodified audit opinion. The Board recommended a dividend of ₹3.5 per share (35% payout) subject to shareholder approval at the July 2026 AGM.
