Rainbow Children's Medicare reported strong Q4 FY26 results with revenue up 24.3% YoY to ₹4,599 Mn and PAT up 38.3% to ₹782 Mn. Full-year FY26 revenue grew 12.4% to ₹17,031 Mn with PAT at ₹2,815 Mn (up 15.3%). EBITDA margin expanded 47 bps in Q4 to 31.5%. The company expanded its Bengaluru network with a new ~60-bed HRBR hospital and dedicated IVF centre in Mahadevapura, bringing total capacity to 2,375 beds (up 23% YoY). Occupancy declined to 45.3% as new beds ramp up, which management attributes to the capacity expansion cycle now largely complete. The balance sheet remains strong with ₹5,942 Mn in cash and liquid investments, fully funding ongoing capex. The board recommended a final dividend of ₹3.5 per share. Key expansion projects are underway in Coimbatore, Gurugram (Sector 44 and 56), and Pune.
Strong earnings growth with PAT up 38% in Q4 and 15% for FY26, driven by volume growth across discharges, OP consultations, and deliveries. Occupancy decline reflects the investment phase in new facilities, but the robust cash position and execution focus suggest improving profitability as newer hospitals ramp up.
