Board approved Q2 and H1 FY26 results for the period ended Sept 30, 2025. Revenue rose to 319 crore in Q2 from 212 crore last year and to 580 crore in H1 from 414 crore. PAT swung positive at 8 crore in Q2 from a 4 crore loss and to 14 crore in H1 from an 8 crore loss. The auditor issued a qualified review report over three inoperative bank accounts from the earlier insolvency era with pending details. H1 operating cash flow was negative at 29 crore despite the accounting profits.
Strong revenue growth and swing to profits are positive, but auditor qualification and negative operating cash flow warrant caution.
