Raj Rayon Industries reported Q3 FY26 revenue of Rs 305.39 crore (up 33% YoY) and 9-month revenue of Rs 884.90 crore (up about 37% YoY). 9-month PAT jumped to Rs 19.96 crore versus Rs 0.36 crore last year, helped by a Rs 2.5 crore one-time VAT refund. Q3 PAT was Rs 5.87 crore versus Rs 8.15 crore. Auditor Bagaria and Co gave a qualified review conclusion, flagging unresolved inoperative bank accounts carried over from the prior Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process.
Strong revenue growth and a sharp PAT recovery are positives, but the auditor's qualified review and lingering old bank account issues from CIRP may worry investors.
