Raja Bahadur International reported Q1 FY27 results. Revenue from operations rose about 8.5% YoY to Rs 754.78 lakh. But other income fell sharply from Rs 450.27 lakh to Rs 57.30 lakh, pulling total income down around 29%. Net loss widened to about Rs 224 lakh standalone (Rs 232.81 lakh consolidated), versus a loss of about Rs 120 lakh a year ago. The company, a real estate firm, noted quarterly results may not be representative of full-year outcomes. Standalone EPS was negative Rs 90.64.
Loss widened sharply mainly due to collapse in other income. Reserves are already negative, a worrying sign for long-term financial health despite auditor review being clean.
